2. How We Use Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for these purposes:
- Essential cookies required to operate the site and enable core functionality like user login, security, and access to the editor and workspace. These include session, CSRF / XSRF, and OAuth state cookies for GitHub or Google sign-in.
- Preference storage the editor may keep layout or draft preferences in your browser (for example last-used panel state) so the workspace feels consistent between visits. This stays on your device unless you clear it.
- Analytics cookies set by PostHog to understand how people use the website and product (for example page views and in-app actions). Profiles are created for identified users only.
- Marketing cookies not currently used. If we add them later, they would be used for ads and campaign measurement, and we would ask for consent where required.
You cannot opt out of essential cookies if you want to use TailwindMail, because the product cannot keep you signed in or protect forms without them.
3. Tools We Use
We use the following tools that may set cookies or similar storage:
- PostHog product analytics on the marketing site and in the app (page views, clicks, and related product events). See PostHog’s privacy policy.
- GitHub and Google when you continue with those providers to sign in.
- Paddle during checkout if you upgrade to Pro.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other advertising pixels.
Those cookies are governed by their policies, not ours.
4. Your Choices
You can control and manage cookies in various ways:
- Browser settings most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. You can also sign out to end your session cookie.
- Do Not Track if your browser supports it, you can enable “Do Not Track.” We still load essential cookies and PostHog analytics as described above; we do not set marketing cookies.
- PostHog you can block third-party scripts in your browser, or contact us if you want analytics data about your account removed.
Please note that disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of our services, including sign-in and the workspace.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
