TailwindMail is a micro-SaaS product developed and operated by otha&Co, a sole proprietorship studio based in Morocco. We provide a visual email builder and compiler through our online platform, so you can write HTML emails with Tailwind CSS, compile them into inbox-safe HTML, and export or send tests.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following data when you interact with our product:
- Account information name, email, and login credentials when you sign in with email, GitHub, or Google.
- Workspace content projects, templates, email markup, and media you create or upload in the editor.
- Payment data collected and processed securely via Paddle (we do not store card details).
- Usage data actions inside the product (for example compiles, exports, test sends, and spam checks) to help us improve features.
- Technical data IP address, browser type, device, and cookies needed to keep you signed in. See the Cookie Policy.
- Support communication any data you share when contacting support.
We never sell your data or use it for advertising purposes.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your information to:
- Provide access to your account, editor, templates, and workspace.
- Ensure proper licensing and subscription usage.
- Communicate essential updates and support.
- Compile and send test emails you trigger from the product.
- Improve our product experience and security.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use essential cookies and similar technologies so TailwindMail can keep you signed in, protect forms, and complete GitHub or Google sign-in. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
We use PostHog for product analytics (page views, clicks, and related in-app events). We do not use advertising pixels such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
GitHub, Google, Paddle, and PostHog may set their own cookies when you use sign-in, checkout, or the site. Those cookies are governed by their policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in and the workspace from working.
We never sell your personal data or track you across the web.
5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We only share necessary data with third parties that help us deliver our services:
- Paddle payment and subscription management.
- GitHub and Google authentication when you choose to continue with those providers.
- PostHog product analytics so we can understand usage and improve the product.
- Email delivery for magic-link sign-in, product-related emails, and test sends you request.
- Hosting and media storage to run the platform and serve uploaded images.
- Spam scoring when you ask us to check a compiled email.
Each partner follows GDPR and other relevant privacy laws. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the service or other users, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Data Security
We implement standard security measures to protect your data, including HTTPS, token-based authentication, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we retain it for 30 days so you can recover it, then delete it, unless we must keep records longer to complete billing, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access or update your personal data in account settings.
- Request deletion of your account and data.
- Opt-out of non-essential emails.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.

8. Children's Privacy
TailwindMail is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under this age. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Major changes will be communicated clearly. Continued use of our service after changes implies agreement.
